Reiki Level 1 will open the energy channels on a physical level, allowing the practitioner to connect to the universal life force energy. This level of Reiki will enable practitioners to self-heal and heal the people in their life. The word ‘Reiki’ describes the free flow of universal life force energy. ‘Rei’ means ‘universal wisdom’ and ‘Ki’ means ‘life force energy.’ This healing is transferred through the hands and into the main energy points on the body. Reiki is energetically cleansing, healing and detoxifying the system on many levels and therefore healing the mind, body and soul.
